About Us

Skiler Hays is the owner and lead project manager of Hays Property Solutions, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering with a focus in Natural Resource and Environmental Management, along with a minor in GPS and GIS Technologies—providing a strong technical foundation that informs every project he oversees. After working in the environmental and engineering fields, Skiler established Hays Property Solutions to deliver a more thoughtful, hands-on construction experience and to bring clients’ visions to life from design through completion. He takes pride in creating spaces where families can gather and enjoy their homes, as well as in solving complex challenges for commercial clients. Skiler and his wife, Lauren, are graduates of Mississippi State University and live in Little Rock with their two sons. Guided by their faith and a shared belief in family, integrity, and hard work, they are committed to building a business rooted in trust, quality, and lasting relationships.

"We have had several work done in and around our home and projects would always stress me out for various reasons. When I approached HSP and several other companies to provide me a quote for my backyard landscaping, I almost immediately knew that I want HSP to do the work. They are friendly and his knowledge that he provided during his first initial meet was very helpful in finalizing our decision in what we wanted to have done. A few things I do want to comment on:

Communication: a quote was provided within 2-3 days and very comparable. HSP was prompt about communicating when the project will start and expectations for each day. He was honest and communicated any delays, due to the weather or supply issues in a timely manner.

Work Ethic: HSP provided excellent work. They would clean up every day before leaving our property. It was such a relief and nice feeling to see how much effort and pride they place in the quality of work that they do.

Our backyard was a disaster with all the rocks and debris, but we are so happy now. HSP made the process comfortable, smooth and a joy to do business with.  We are very happy. Thank you Hays Property Solutions for an excellent job done.
